The purpose of the Genopole Thematic Incentive Actions, referred to by their French acronym “ATIGE”, is to contribute to the emergence of future scientific leaders by offering tenured researchers the possibility of creating a team within the already-established research units at the biocluster Genopole.

Since 2001 the ATIGE program has allowed attract to 34 researchers hosted in academic teams, including 7 in 2020-2022, leading to the creation of several research teams and units within the biocluster Genopole. The programme is open to a large panel of disciplines applied to health and to environment : LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4, LS8, LS9 as referred to in ERC panels.
