Attractiveness program for scientific leaders
The purpose of the Genopole Thematic Incentive Actions, referred to by their French acronym “ATIGE”, is to contribute to the emergence of future scientific leaders by offering tenured researchers the possibility of creating a team within the already-established research units at the biocluster Genopole.
In 2022, two ATIGE grants are open ; the first one in the specific field of synthetic biology for a position hosted in the laboratory Metabolic genomics, (Genoscope / UMR 8030) directed by Prof. Patrick WINCKER, and the second one in the field of analytical chemistry of glycans for a position hosted in the Laboratory Analysis, Modeling, Materials for biology and environment (LAMBE) directed by Prof. Régis DANIEL.
Genopole refers since 1998 to a pioneering biocluster in biotechnologies and omics sciences in France. It is located in the city of Evry-Courcouronnes, south of Paris region and dedicated to genomics and to biotechnologies in health and environment. On its large campus area of 115 000 m2 of buildings and facilities, the biocluster Genopole unites 19 academic laboratories, 23 infrastructures, higher education institutions and 89 biotech companies.
The scientific orientations opened for the fellows include several RDI domains as genomics, gene and cell therapies, synthetic and systemic biology, biostatistics and bioinformatics, biotechnologies, molecular biology and chemistry.
