Call for international experts 2022-2026

Selection criteria of expert applicants

• Hold a PhD for at least 7 years in the assessed field ; MD and PharmD are also considered in the same conditions.
• Competence and scientific excellence: quality and duration of the research experience, track record of scientific publications and reports ; 
  
• Availability to proceed to the assessment of research proposals (a maximum of 3 proposals per expert);

Exclusion criteria

• Having less than 3 years of experience or activities in the relevant areas of competence.
• Conflicts or links of interest with the fellowship applicant, or with the hosting teams.
• For international calls of Genopole as ApogeeBio calls, the experts must not be based in any academic or private organization in France, even on part-time, during all the anticipated period of their appointment.

• Application phase of the experts ➡️ Deadline October 30, 2022
• Information and appointment of experts ➡️ December 2022
• First round of participation as an expert in the international committee ➡️ from February to May 2023

Before accessing the project files, the experts commit to the principles of Ethics and Scientific Integrity, and to the confidentiality of the information related to the whole application file. They declare their absence of conflict of interest and to inform the committee and leave the meeting when reviewing any project involving any potential link to the project as previous collaborations, co-publications, reporting relationships or personal relationships.
